Yes, Promrunr is free to use for event planners and guests. Vehicle owners can list their vehicles FREE DURING OUR LAUNCH PERIOD There are no additional fees or booking charges within the app, and all payments are made directly between the vehicle owner and the booking party.
How do I book a vehicle for my event?
To book a vehicle, simply browse through the listings, filter by vehicle type, availability, and location, and choose the one that suits your event. You can then chat directly with the owner to discuss details like price, duration, and arrangements. All payments and terms are agreed upon between you and the vehicle owner.

How do I upload my vehicle photos?
Uploading photos is simple. When listing your vehicle, you can select images directly from your camera roll. We recommend showcasing multiple angles of your vehicle and including a shot of you with your vehicle if possible. The first image will be the primary "hero" image shown in search results, so make sure it’s the best! A minimum of 3 images and a maximum of 10 are required and must be landscape orientation.
Are there any guidelines for the type of vehicles I can list?
Yes, Promrunr allows you to list a variety of vehicles, including supercars, luxury cars, classic cars, limousines, motorcycles, party buses, and more. Whether your vehicle is a sleek sports car or a unique tractor, as long as it’s special and adds value to an event, you’re welcome to list it!
